Senior Policy and Business Analyst

Bethany is a Senior Policy and Business Analyst based in Melbourne, specialising in strategic government relations and policy development. 

Bethany supports Hawker Britton across all Australian jurisdictions by providing in-depth policy, political, and legislative analysis at both State and Federal levels. 

After a two-year tenure at Hawker Britton, Bethany transitioned into the Victorian Government as the Advisor to the Minister for Women. In this position, Bethany has offered strategic counsel and support on a variety of policy matters, leveraging her deep understanding of both state and national contexts. 

Through this work, Bethany has supported the implementation of initiatives designed to address gender disparities and promote inclusivity across Victoria including the implementation of the Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places program and the development of the Women in Energy and Manufacturing Strategies.

In addition to her advisory role, Bethany has actively engaged in political campaigns across the country, contributing to strategic planning and communications efforts. 

Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and International Studies, and a Master’s degree in Bioethics from Monash University. This academic background provides Bethany with a strong analytical framework and a deep understanding of ethical and global issues.
