Bethany Shields

Policy and Business Analyst

Bethany is based in Hawker Britton’s Melbourne office where she supports the company’s Directors with policy, political and legislative analysis.

Since 2018, Bethany has been actively involved in the Labor movement, working on a number of political campaigns both federally and on a state level.

Through her time at university, she has held executive positions on the Monash University Labor Club committee. With focus on education policy and student affairs, Bethany has also previously held committee positions on the Monash Student Association.

Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) and a Master of Bioethics, specialising in Health Policy and Clinical Ethics from Monash University.
