Ben Naiju

Policy and Business Analyst

Ben is a Policy and Business Analyst, based in Hawker Britton’s Canberra office and supports the Company’s Directors with policy, political, and business analysis.

Prior to joining Hawker Britton, Ben worked in the Public Service in various Governance, HR, Program Management, and Information Management roles. These diverse roles gave him the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the governance and organisational structure of the APS, while also being able to foster a wide range of internal and external networks.  

Ben has also had significant involvement in a number of campaigns at both a Federal, and State and Territory level, while also holding executive positions in the Young Labor and Student Union movements. 

Ben is passionate about national security, education, and foreign affairs. He is on the pathway to completing a Bachelor of International Security Studies and a Bachelor of Political Science from the Australian National University.
