Prior to joining Hawker Britton's Adelaide office, Zoe worked as a Ministerial Adviser for the Northern Territory Government. Zoe provided high-level analysis and strategic advice to the Hon Kon Vatsakalis, Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Lands and Planning, Parks and Wildlife and Ethnic Affairs.

Since 1996, Zoe has worked in a variety of influential public affairs roles, as NT Secretary for the ALP, Manager for the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association in the Northern Territory, and President of the NT Industrial Relations Society.

Zoe brings a strategic, business-oriented approach to public affairs, with her ministerial and industrial relations experience providing clients within an inside perspective on how government and stakeholder relations can add value to their company.

Zoe recently completed her Masters of Business Administration from the Adelaide Graduate School of Business.
