Lars Madsen joined Hawker Britton in 2012 as a Research Analyst working with the company’s consultants in policy, political, legal and economic analysis for a broad range of client interests. 

 

He holds Masters degree with Merits in Political Economy from the University of Sydney in which he researched economic theory and international economic policy. He also holds an undergraduate degree in public administration from the University of Roskilde in Denmark (including an exchange at Universitè Paris Dauphine). 

 

Lars has intern experience with the National Union of Workers in Sydney and the North of Denmark EU office in Bruxelles.  After completing his year’s Danish national service he undertook an additional year as the national representative for conscripts at the Danish Ministry of Defence where he achieved the first pay rise for conscripts in 20 years.
