He was the Managing Director Information & Consultancy Department of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai for many years. William also worked with the Central and provincial Government on the establishment of 2010 Shanghai World Expo. He was educated at universities in China and gained additional tertiary international trade qualifications in Australia.
